2. Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly, but you may contact our Customer Care team within 2 hours after placing your order. If the order is already shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned.

The INCI list is available on each product under ‘Ingredients’ and printed on all packaging.
