These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of products made through the MAVIÈNNE Paris online store. By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms without reservation.

MAVIÈNNE Paris offers pharmaceutical-grade cosmetic products developed and manufactured in France, Italy, and Spain. All products are vegan, cruelty-free, and formulated according to strict safety and quality standards.
Product descriptions, ingredients (INCI), and usage information are available on each product page. Packaging visuals may differ slightly from delivered products.
4. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before order confirmation.
MAVIÈNNE Paris reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.
5. Orders
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation email has been sent to the customer.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact Customer Care.
6. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment providers depending on your region.
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted systems to ensure data protection.
7. Order Modification & Cancellation
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting Customer Care. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

We ship to the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Middle East, and selected international destinations. Availability is shown at checkout.

Express delivery: 1–3 business days (depending on location)

9. Returns & Refunds
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations.
Opened or used products cannot be returned.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
