MAVIÈNNE Paris ships internationally. Delivery availability and applicable conditions are displayed during checkout before order confirmation.

We currently deliver to the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Middle East, and selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
Express delivery: 1–3 business days (availability depends on destination)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to monitor your delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers may return products within 14 days of delivery, provided that the items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

To request a return, please contact our Customer Care team with your order number and the product you wish to return.
